Balmoral Tanks becomes first manufacturing company in the world to achieve customer service accreditation

 

Balmoral Tanks is delighted to announce that it has become the first manufacturing company in the world to be awarded the BSI Kitemark Certification for CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT in accordance with BS 8477 and BS ISO 10002 standards.

Awarded on 15 March 2023 the certification recognises the company’s commitment to customer service based on a robust assessment against three key areas: Customer service; Complaint management; Customer satisfaction.

Allan Joyce, Balmoral Tanks’ managing director, said: “As a company that clearly differentiates itself in the market through its high levels of customer service, we are clearly delighted to achieve this recognition of quality and distinction.

The certification is based on British and international standards as well as regular audits of customer satisfaction. To achieve the Kitemark Balmoral Tanks has demonstrated:
